I'm using My Fitness Pal this year to make me more aware of my food choices. It really makes a difference when you know you're about to record what you're eating. I'm also trying to incorporate more movement in my day. It's not as difficult as I thought it would be, although I'm struggling recently because I've had bronchitis for over a month.
